Cult Nails Fairytale Collection

I was super excited that I pre-ordered the Cult Nails new Fairytale Collection, and that it came in a few days ago so I could get swatching. I've been a little AWOL lately. I've been swatching and photographing but not getting around to the actual blogging part. So anyways, This collection consists of five polishes Evil Queen, Feelin' Froggy, Charming, Princess, and Happy Ending. and of course it wouldn't be a Cult Nails collection without one being an awesome glitter. Enough talk, lets get to the pictures!

Evil Queen is the most gorgeous red creme polish I've ever used. This was two coats and NO top coat :). These polishes all dry super quick and have awesome application with no streaks or bubbles. I actually wore this color for 3 days before any tip wear started to show.

Feelin' Froggy is a green shimmer polish with characteristics of a jelly. Jelly shimmers :O probably the best thing on earth. This is also two coats with NO top coat and it has the shiniest shimmeriest finish.

Charming  is another one of the shimmers with the jelly qualities. This was my least favorite in the release pictures, but now my absolute favorite of the whole collection. *I'm actually being matchymatchy and wearing this on my fingers AND toes right now* This is three coats with no top coat and the application was very smooth and awesome.

Princess is a baby blue creme with coppery gold shimmery glitters in it *similar to but not the same as Sinful Colors Cinderella*. This is two coats, again with no top coat. Dry time on this one was a little slower than the other colors, but still relatively quick.

Happy Ending is the Cult Nails glitter in this collection. This is two very awkward dabbed on coats to show all of the colors of glitter. I love this glitter, but the only thing that would make it better is if they were easier to grab with the brush.

Overall, I LOVE this collection and will probably wear it for a while. I know Evil Queen is  my new staple red :).

Time for a Sandwich Ft. OPI NYC Ballet Softshades

Today, I have a sandwich to show you with OPI Barre My Soul and Pirouette My Whistle. First, I'd like to say that I LOVE the soft shades collection. When this first came out, I didn't like it AT ALL. I had a recent trip to CosmoProf to pick up some stuff for a swap with a friend in Sweden and decided to pick them up. I started just grabbing a few, and looking at them and ended up grabbing them all. Today I'm going to show you my sandwich, and later in the week, I'll have swatches of the full collection :)
*the usual left hand no flash*

*RIGHT HAND :O* no flash
*left hand flashy flash*
*left hand no flash coffee spam*

*side note- that green tea frappuccino was amaze-ness!

FLOAMMMMMMM!

So while I was in rehab *nail rehab of course * I was fighting an epic eBay battle to get my hands on some Floam by the indie polish brand Nailventurous. This is an aqua & yellow matte glitter (in a clear base of course). All of my pictures are two coats with Seche Vite on top.

*this polish is rumored as hard to remove, so instead of going straight for my acetone and foil, I used a cuticle pusher to remove this*
