OPI opi ink

Today, I have OPI's opi ink (not suede). opi ink is a purple/blue/pink/black glass fleck-ish finish. I must say that this is one of the hardest polishes I've tried to photograph. All of my photographs are two coats topped off with Cult Nails Wicked Fast. I'm not going to try to describe this because the pictures do most of the talking :).

Rainbow Honey 20% Cooler

I'm back! twice in the same day *what's wrong with me haha* I put this on and couldn't wait to post it- it's Rainbow Honey's 20% Cooler from their Equestria collection. 20% Cooler is a blue shimmer base with blue, yellow, orange, purple, red, and green medium sized hex glitters along with smaller hex glitters in the same colors. Two coats of this is an absolute glitter bomb and I LOVE it. I layered two coats of 20% Cooler over Essie Licorice. All photos were taken in my light box flash/no flash indicated below the photo.

Cult Nails Coco's Untamed Collection (pic heavy)

So I got Cult Nails new collection (CoCo's Untamed Collection) in the mail about a week ago, immediately swatched and somehow never posted :O. This collection contains five amazing colors all hand picked and created by CoCo (Maria's daughter) and her friend Anna. The colors are named Untamed, Spontaneous, Annalicious, Deal With It, and I Got Distracted.

So, enough teasing, here they are :)

Untamed is a bubblegum pink jelly with blue micro glitter that shimmers like crazy in the sunlight. Went on smoothly with two coats. This is definitely my favorite from this collection.

Spontaneous is a rich purple cream with reddish pink micro glitter all throughout. This was a little on the thick side, and took longer to dry than the rest, but still great application.

Annalicious is the perfect red with a hint of orange cream with copper glitter. This was amazing with two coats, and reasonable dry time. This one is up on my favorite reds list (Second to Evil Queen).

Deal With It is a lime green jelly with gold shimmer *that reminds me of sour gummy worms*. This was perfect with two coats, but needed a top coat (Wicked Fast of course) for shine. This has tied with Untamed for my favorite in the collection.

I Got Distracted is a black jelly with scattered holo glitter and a punch of green glitter thrown in there. This was on the thicker side of the collection, and went on with two coats (nearly smooth). This was my favorite until I had to take it off -which wasn't fun haha-.

Blackheart Shocking Pink (with blacklight)

Today, I have Blackheart (from Hot Topic) Shocking Pink. All of the Blackheart polishes come in this awesome skull shaped bottle.  Shocking Pink is a BRIGHT *I can see this from outer space* pink cream polish that went on surprisingly well with one coat, but I did two just in case. This was with no topcoat. I also found that this polish would glow under blacklight, so I did some experimenting with that as well :).

I loved taking pictures under the blacklight and I hope you love how they look. Check back tomorrow for some more polish :)

Catrice Dirty Berry (Pic Heavy)

Long time no blog?! I've been polishing and photographing a lot of polish swatches lately, but haven't gotten around to blogging much. I'm on a two week "summer" break from school, so hopefully I can keep up on the blogging.

Anyways, to the point, today I have Catrice Dirty Berry to show you :). I got this from an awesome girl in Belgium (she actually sent 3). Dirty Berry is a lavender-esque purple with a linear holo that can come off as a silver shimmer in some lights, but in the sun is a fairly strong rainbow over the purple. I must say I LOVE this color and will probably wear it often. Enough talk, I'll just show ya!
