Today is my first swatch of the China Glaze Hunger Games collection. Representing District 1 (the luxury district) is Luxe and Lush. Luxe and Lush is a chunky flake glitter that flashes gold and many other colors in a clear base. All of the photos with Luxe and Lush are done with two coats.
