13 Days of Hunger Games: Day 2 Stone Cold
Today is day two of the 13 Days of Hunger Games. District 2 is known as the masonry district, so (if you think about it) Stone Cold represents this district best. Stone Cold is a charcoal gray shimmer MATTE polish :) It went on well in two coats (or one thick one). Stone Cold also looks great with a shiny top coat.
